VIDEO: The Amazing duet of Jessica Sanchez and Jennifer Holiday in American Idol Finale

Oh well, by this time, we already know who have won this season of American Idol. A lot of disappointments aired in all social media sites especially for us Filipinos, we believed that Jessica Sanchez should have won. It was indeed heartbreaking for everyone, a depressing Thursday for millions of Jessica fans all over the world.

I kind of was feeling light though, because I've already half-accepted that it could be Philip Philips. It's pretty obvious, no matter how huge we campaign for Jessica, our numbers were no match compare to US peeps. Nevertheless, I strongly believe that Jessica's career will skyrocket high...higher than Philips perhaps hehe.

It turned out to be a worthy Friday trip down north despite the unexpected heavy rain pour. I've appreciated for the first time the long walks I have to bear from the MRT north station to SM North - The Block, as I've waited for the rain to calm down a little bit. My first time also to discover the walk bridge from Trinoma to SM North Sky Garden, it prevented me from getting wet because I didn’t bring an umbrella.

In celebration of Mother's Day, SM North Edsa brought Jenni Epperson in an afternoon delight to speak and share her celebration of life, motherhood, and as someone who can be every woman’s inspiration.

Trying out the new Vietnam blends of Highlands Coffee

The recent reinvention of Netopia Internet Cafe brought along new changes by partnering with Highlands Coffee, the leading coffee chain in Vietnam. Aside from having a built-in coffee shop in every Netopia branch, Highlands Coffee is also now available for diners of Cafe Republiq in Resorts World Manila in Pasay.

Last Goodbye

Today marks the end of my five and half years career in my company. I feel sad...not! I'm actually in bliss to learn that I have to end my career as quick as a snap of a finger. No more turnovers and the usual half-a-month endorsements, cool isn’t it? For those who might raise their eyebrows, I am saying in truth. This blog expresses only the most-real and honest way I could express how I feel about this major turn-out in my life.

I am very happy because I waited for this and probably I kind of expected it already. For those who might not know, I asked for it years back but didn't get it then. I just want some rest. It's not like wanting to turn a back away from everything but just a genuine rest. I've been working non-stop since I graduated from high school taking the grinds of 14 years of no-rest, some pleasure on the side but the reality to survive is to keep my job. To send my self to college, and at the same time to support a sibling's schooling too and provide for the family. It's not an easy choice but it's a task given by GOD I believe. I have complaints then but not the hard ones though. You don't say beautiful things when you're getting tired after all. So, this break is again another gift from GOD after giving me endless blessings with my job and dreams coming to realities, I should enjoy it to the fullest!

Philippine International Pyromusical - China vs. Netherlands

One of my favorite events of the year, the Philippine International Pyromusical Competition is back for its 4th year of amazing fireworks show in the SM, Mall of Asia, Pasay City. I was privileged to get an invite last weekend for its March 3 show where China and The Netherlands showcased their best performances. The much anticipated Pyromusical began last February and once again, huge crowds would draw to SM Mall of Asia to enjoy the show every Saturday until its last day of competition on March 17.

The skies over Manila bay were amazingly lighted up in a musical pyrotechnic spectacular. At first I wanted to just glue my self in my seat where I can just appreciate the show but I decided to capture everything until my video and camera's memory space were all used up.
